Oh 27! Yes just a plain old text blog post on this space whereby I’m trying to create and make blogging into something more worthwhile.
Yes 27, 27 that’s my age I turned two days ago. Just felt like writing something in plain old text to put everything that was not so good in the past before June is over. 27 don’t know if it feels good yet, bad, or just the same. One thing’s for sure I’m only 3 from 30 and it’s a big scary, but the experiences I’ve had have been worth my while.
However, overall I’m glad I’ve reached this point and still have life in me. I could have died in that car wreck over a year ago, but I’m still here alive and breathing. 27 it just feels like it’s a pivotal time in life where you should know what are your next steps in life, but I’ve been always the type of guy who takes what comes and slowly shape it to meet what I want.
Suddenly it feels like all those crazy nights spent sipping over a whiskey glass are all just a glance of the past, those crazy fun nights you look and say wow should I do it again? Knowing myself I’d say yes I will. Changing my personality it’s way too difficult, just too outspoken and outgoing when meeting new people. At least it’s helped me make connections all over the continents and I’ve traveled to more countries than I ever had imagined.
It’s not without its downs either, things I planned in my teen years have not all been accomplished but I’m still going there. Still doing my second degree, and hopefully i jump straight into further studies before turning 30. 30 it seems so far but yet so close, the more I think of 30 the more I realize i want my own family. Though, I need to control myself more from doing random things and be more patient.
So that’s that, one year from now I hope to look at this and say wow so much has changed. Just a few minor things for the year, I hope to be one semester closer to finishing my degree by then. Learn a bit more about photography, explore more destinations in my country, and write more on this space on the web.
Oh and see Armin Van Buuren in October! 🙂
